Our recruitment process

The recruitment process at FDLV consists of the following steps:

  • Candidate interview
    Interviews are divided in 3 parts:
    • Curriculum review
      This is the opportunity for you to share with our recruiter your experience and to ensure the right comprehension of your professional objectives.
    • FDLV Presentation
      The company and its organisation will be presented. The position and role that you could hold in the company are detailed.
    • Q/A
      Open questions are addressed in this part of the interview.
  • Qualification test (written): This is a written test, composed of 2 situation questions, a logical test, and a personality test. For quality purposes, it is important that the candidate matches with FDLV and FDLV with the candidate.
  • Reference check: References are a recognized way to get an external point of view on a candidate. This could enforce an opinion or give a new perspective on some situations the consultant was involved in.
