About the Role
As part of our continuous growth and strong client demand in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for several Business Analysts to join our consulting team and support high-impact transformation projects within the financial sector, including those related to regulatory constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and formalize business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and interact with business and IT stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to solution design while ensuring alignment with business needs
- Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
- Support business teams during testing and go-live phases
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Proven experience ( 5 years ) as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
- Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, including testing phases
- Strong analytical mindset, client and solution oriented approach, and team spirit
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and in demanding environments
- Proactive and autonomous
- Fluent in English and French
